Do we have monetary policy any more? The Board of Governors is the type of board I'd like to sit on. No action meeting after meeting for a nice six figure salary. Jellen like a Yellen doesn't want to be the one to send the economy into a tailspin by increasing rates. I sure do need my bond returns to improve though...
Speaking of Fed Chairs, who would have thunk that our most recent retired Fed Chair was raised in good ole Dillon, SC. In fact, he worked at South of the Border during college. From Dillon, SC to Harvard via South of the Border. Yes, Ben Bernanke that is. Only in America.
