Fine Whine...

The capital markets specialist was much like a fine French Beaujolais....

....young, dry, lightweight,
a bit fruity.

(Not yet robust!)

.... and came with "strings"
already attached!!

(Robuts!)

A prerequisite for working at NCUA is to either have strings attached, like the former VC did, or an apparatus allowing a hand to be inserted on your back side. Either way it's called a puppet. Forget the wine.
