CUNA'S SYSTEM STRUCTURE AND GOVERNANCE TASK FORCE HAS RECOMMENDED MEMBERSHIP CHOICE FOR ALL CREDIT UNIONS JOINING CUNA!
THE CUNA BOARD ISSUED A PROMPT RESPONSE....
... AND IT WASN'T EXACTLY A "THUMBS UP"!

can't wait to hear about nussle's shake it up conference he is having today and how all the credit unions in attendance react to cuna's nonsense.
My guess is everyone in the room will be a big CUNA supporter and in the end it will result in the same old, same old.
We are moving closer to the tipping point, not sure when that will happen, but we're getting close. All they are doing now is delaying the inevitable.
There can not be a reaction from a bunch of dead heads. Those in attendance will sit there, nod their heads, eat and drink the refreshments,bend over, smile, say thank you and then leave.
For the amount of dues being paid to CUNA let's at least hope the refreshments and drinks are yummy. With enough carbo-loading and the resulting carbo-sugar high the folks should forget the educational content was a bunch of nonsense. Another CUNA feel good moment. Light on content. News flash: NAFCU should feed them a...berger!
The Michigan Credit Union League is shaking things up a bit...I guess the task force's recommendations didn't fall on completely deaf ears.
