What a hollow and insincere apology! The credit union industry already knew what they had and now the Congress and entire country know. What you saw at the hearing was the real Debbie Matz at her best, arrogant, condescending, uninformed and an embarrassment to credit unions. Cash awards to individuals above and beyond their salaries for just doing their jobs. Did not know a major report on the OTR was on their web site redacted! Couldn't answer simple questions. And then the best one yet, credit unions do not represent their members nor have their best interest in mind. Ten years too many. Time for the Queen to leave.

If she is so sincere, where is the letter sent to Congress correcting the testimony she gave? No letter? I though not!
