Has anyone else noted that total lack of regard for accountability, the constitution, or rule of law by this entire adminstration? From the White House to the DOJ, IRS, Homeland Security, boarder control, and even lowely NCUA... it seems to be the entire overseers of our democracy have totaly rejected our history and laws. The entire lot has gone "rogue"!

Are these quotes in all these Tao posts or are you making them up?
The paraphrase... "creating facts to fit conclusions"... is a play on a famous saying by Mark Twain... so no it is not a direct quote and is not directly attributed to the Chair.
All the others which are directly attributed to Ms. Matz are direct quotes... your source is the CUJournal article noted written by John Reosti and published yesterday in CUJ.
The truth unfortunately is stranger than the fiction in this case!
