Given NCUA's lack of basic understanding when it implemented existing risk weightings in the 1990's (?), such as giving 3-5 yr investments equal risk as 5-10 yr investments, there is obvious room for improvement.
However, expecting NCUA's current leadership to be more insightful this time around is a fool's wish. Same old BS - different decade.
