I would love to talk to those cu's which lowered their maturities and even sold bonds to be ready for "rates up any day now" back in 2009. Unfortunately, none of those cu's have survived the expertise and sage (goes great in stuffing BTW)advise of NCUA. And you thought mergers were just the result of CEO's retiring!
