Sorry there was a typo, should have been "r-obese" budgeting....

Let me see-- the NCUA is not a federal agency when it is acting as conservator. Therefore, the board members and other employees of the agency can be personally liable like other board members? Can't have it both ways.
You all missed the correct answer to NCUA's budgeting process.
