* Requesting information from a government agency like NCUA is one of your basic rights as a citizen under the Freedom of Information Act. Filing a request is a simple process see (www.ncua.gov) and just search for FOIA. Responses are generally promised within 20 days. It's your government, it's your money; it's your right to know!

Awesome! Can't wait for the response. Although we already know the answer to how much they spent is "too much!!"
Reckon it will take 'em 20 days "to produce" a budget?
Did you see where Mr. Marquis announced the networking reception would be cancelled with no free food or drinks, in an effort to keep costs down? Wonder if that's in response to the aforementioned budget request?...
Can't imagine going to a reception with 600 hungry, sober examiners, can you.. "How's business? Heard any good DOR's lately?"
Guess one should file an FOIA requesting the dollar amount saved by cancelling the reception...since it was a major strategic decision made at the highest levels!
