At NCUA they may not be laughing but there is a lot on snickering going on. The spin master has convinced the Queen they have won a victory with the changes they have made to RBC. Enough he tells her that at least one of the trades has been satisfied and will not be a problem. His advise to her is continue to be aggressive,challenge those who challenge you,use the Jester in anyway you can because you have his vote, criticize the Professor on all fronts and make him look weak and most of all remember to keep your buddies close. But alas, as each day passes the end becomes nearer and both the Queen and her dumber than a box of rocks spin master will be no more.
