Agree! Maybe you should run for a Congressional seat!
Potential solution to any future budget in pass: If Congress fails to produce a approved and ratified budget each year by 9/30, all politicians,pundits,staff of politicians and news reporters are band from discussing publicly the in pass until a budget is approved and ratified. This would pretty much assure an agreement on 10/1 unless a holiday.
