A balanced NCUA view...

Believe Commodore Perry FCU should know, heading into its appeal hearing, that NCUA takes a very liberal, "Indiana View" toward any allegation of sexual harassment by examiners from female credit union employees.  When you weigh the word of four females against one male NCUA examiner....

There generally can be just two choices for NCUA findings ....

1. Well, just lie back and enjoy it. (Coach Bob Knight)
2.  It's the way God wants it. (Senate candidate Richard Mourdock )

...and besides:

Regional Director Herb Yolles has already made his decision without reviewing the facts....

...and:

                         

Mr. Dave Marquis has publicly stated that the sexual harassment complaint won't change the exam.

           

..... so obviously the ball is in your court and God is on their side...
