Correction: Sorry! My Moose-take...

Several readers were highly indignant about the unfortunate "mischaracterization" of the elk in the 12/20/2011: "Uncoventional Opportunity" post.  I sincerely apologize to all (except to the "you know who you are" person who called PETA about it!).
