Wall St. has called and suggested for efficiency purposes that an alternative would be to simply repeal the Eight Commandment ("Thou shalt not steal.") They indicated that it would be a whole lot easier to securitize this offering if it only had nine tranches and that future legal liability would be reduced if we could all act like we'd never thought of the concept of stealing .... with this slight adustment the rating agencies can be paid to get on board and AIG has promised an insurance wrap to give full assurance that stealing does not exist.
If you want to become -and stay - outraged about this financial industry driven recession; would strongly encourage you to spend an evening with the new documentary movie: "Inside Job". You may understand why in the course of history, after a point, people feel that guillotines become the only solution....
