Message From The Captain: On Risk-Based Capital....

FROM THE L.A. LISTENING SESSION:
(NCUA'S VIEW OF THE PROPOSED RBC RULE)

"It took the staff two years of really diligent work to get to this point."
                          - The Captain

Risk-Based Concordia (RBC)

Which led to the following little love letter...

"... the public deserves the opportunity to understand the logic..."

(... especially after taking "two years of really diligent work to get to this point"!)

NCUA (ON THE) ROCKS !!!

Again, the question needs to be asked - How much has this entire misguided effort cost the Credit Union industry. Our operating fees paid for this 2 year process and all the subsequent follow up as this thing drags on and on. The meter is still running and the costs will continue to rise.
No one at NCUA will ever be required to answer that question or be held accountable for wasting Credit Union money.

Are we still waiting for the "it's printed" notice from NCUA on this on? No? Gee, I didn't think so. The playground bully just ran into the MMA athlete. Sucks to be them right now.

Wonder if hard drives are crashing or the chat networks are closing down at NCUA?

The Italians are prosecuting the Concordia's captain for his incompetence. Let's encourage McHenry to do the same thing.
