As a non-member of SECU who lives and works amongst the delighted fan base of your credit union every day, I'd say Bobby is right. Your members are well served, therefore SECU is well served, therefore NC is well served. Only your friendly regulator continues to be less than delighted. Proof positive that you're doing it right.
