State Charters

The Constitution of the United States of America

THE BILL OF RIGHTS

Tenth Amendment

"The powers not delegated to the United States by the Constitution, nor prohibited by it to the States, are reserved to the States respectively, or to the people."

Y'know...

... even an "independent Federal Agency" should be required to follow the rule of law.

Don't you agree?

President Kennedy warned us about asking Government for anything.

The 10th Amendment only works when you do not submit your rights to self-determination to the central government.

When out of fear you run the the government for protection from things you should control, you feed the Leviathan.
